Brenden J. McMahon

Attorney McMahon received a B.A. in Economics from Bates College in 1993, and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 1999.

 

Mr. McMahon worked at an Insurance Defense firm for one year and then was hired as an Assistant District Attorney for the Middlesex District Attorney's Office where he prosecuted criminal matters in the District Court until 2004.  

 

In 2004 Mr. McMahon was hired as an Associate at The Law Offices of Richard A. Lalime.  His primary focus was the litigation of personal injury cases, criminal defense, social security disability and divorce law.  

 

Mr. McMahon has tried hundreds of cases in the District and Superior Courts of Massachusetts to a jury verdict.  

 

Mr. McMahon opened his litigation practice on May 1, 2014 in downtown Lowell.

 

Attorney McMahon is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, and is a member of the Greater Lowell Bar Asssociation and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
