Commonwealth v. Runyan, 456 Mass. 230, 922 N.E.2d 794 (2010)

In 2010, Attorney McMahon argued the consitutionality of the trigger lock provisions of the Massachusetts Gun Laws.  Despite the Supreme Judicial Court agreeing with the Commonwealth,  Attorney McMahon was successful in having the case against his client dismissed on a subsequent Motion to Suppress in the Lowell District Court.
